We're looking for a highly skilled electrician—either already licensed as a Master or currently working toward licensure—who’s ready to take charge of a leadership role with big upside.
This position starts with managing 2–5 field technicians, with the goal of building and leading a 30-person division over the next three years. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the direction of our team and delivering excellence across the Front Range—from Colorado Springs to Fort Collins.
Ideal candidates:
Are advanced-level technicians (Master or near-Master level)
Have experience leading crews or mentoring others
Have tried running their own business or considered it
Want to lead without chasing clients or managing back-end headaches

Colorado Master Electrician License (or currently in process)
